They’re all grown up now, but these stars have some super cute baby pictures.
Selena Gomez, for one, grew up in the public eye, so a lot of her childhood memories are captured forever.
“When I was younger, it was all fun to me. When I did state fairs and 100 people would show up, I would be stoked. That was the best feeling in the world. But when I got older, I started to become exposed to the truth behind some stuff and that’s when it flipped a little bit,” the former Disney Channel star said about her rise to fame while chatting with The Business of Fashion in 2017. “I realized that, ‘Oh this is actually really hard, and kind of slimy in certain areas’ and I didn’t realize that certain people wanted certain things from me. My confidence went through a lot with that.”
However, she’s stayed true to herself over the years and has become a major role model in adulthood.
While they weren’t exactly child stars, the One Direction boys did get their start as a young age. Of course, the group’s fans have uncovered all their baby photos over the years.
Harry Styles has spoken candidly about growing up in England alongside his mom, Anne, and sister, Gemma.
“My mum loved to dress us up,” Gemma told Vogue of their upbringing in December 2020. “I always hated it, and Harry was always quite into it. She did some really elaborate papier-mâché outfits: she made a giant mug and then painted an atlas on it, and that was Harry being ‘The World Cup.’ Harry also had a little dalmatian dog outfit, a hand-me-down from our closest family friends. He would just spend an inordinate amount of time wearing that outfit. But then, Mum dressed me up as Cruella de Vil. She was always looking for any opportunity!”
After seeing his concert outfits, that explains so much! The “Watermelon Sugar” singer was a fashion icon even in his younger years. Harry was always made for stardom, that’s for sure.
